1. No Exchange or Refunds

• We do not offer exchanges or refunds unless the product is faulty due to a packaging error (e.g., a non-working nozzle) or you received a wrong item.

• In these cases, you may return or exchange the product within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused and in its original condition for any returns or exchanges.

2. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched to the shipping company.

• Once your order is handed over for shipping, cancellations will no longer be possible.

3. Package Delivery Policy

• Couriers are not allowed to let you open the package before accepting delivery.
